Maybe it's not his fault. He did change some stuff around, but a week later the top plunger came off the sink. I don't know if it's his fault or something that just happened naturally.

Typically we have issues once or twice a year and it usually involves clearing roots or other material from sewage pipe with a snake. It is a recurring issue and Joe has recommended replacing the line, but as there is a cement driveway covering most of the path of the line, thus far it would be too costly at this point. The issues usually occurs at the same places in the line and Joe has learned from experience how to clear and does not even need to come inside to resolve.

The plumber replaced the water pressure valve. The valve was defective. We called continuously (after payment was made at the time of the valve replacement), but the plumber was not responsive in coming back to replace the faulty valve. After weeks of continuous calling, he finally did come out to replace the valve (only after I pleaded because we were having a family function at my home). Not happy at all!!!

I HIRED JOE TO WORK FOR ME BECAUSE HE RESPONDED SO QUICKLY AND DID SOME WORK SO WELL FOR MY DAUGHTER ON 4 SEPTEMBER 2003 IN AN EMERGENCY SITUATION. WHEN YOU NEED PLUMBING FIXED, IT ISN'T PRACTICAL TO HAVE 3 OR 4 PEOPLE COME AND GIVE ESTIMATES. TALKING TO OTHERS, I FOUND OUT AFTER THE FACT THAT HIS PRICE WAS REASONABLE.

MY DAD GOT JOE TO DO SOME EMERGENCY REPAIRS. WHEN YOU HAVE TWO SMALL KIDS IN THE HOUSE, YOU CAN'T HAVE A COMMODE NOT WORKING. WE CALLED HIM ON A SUNDAY NIGHT, AND HE WAS THERE EARLY THE NEXT MORNING. HE EVEN PUT UP WITH A SIX YEAR OLD, AND A FOUR YEAR OLD TRYING TO 'HELP' PLUS A BARKING DOG.
