They didn't do everything that they were supposed to. They were supposed to come out and do the work, and time went by. I had to call them. They came out at a very bad time, and they didn't keep in touch with us at all.

"We regret your experience with ASJ. After reviewing your post and researching the events, I believe it may be an unfair accounting of facts. We came and assessed the damage on 4/18/12. Then we signed the paperwork to do the job on 5/16/12 and scheduled it for mid June. When we showed up to do the job, we were told that they were going to do it themselves and were upset that so much time had passed. The time and schedule to do the job was all based on the home owners schedule and timeframe. In retrospect, maybe we should have called once per week to remind them of the agreed date we were to show up. We did end up doing part of the job, but only what the owners wanted done at that point."

I had called two other Mold Testing Companies withing 35 miles of my home. This is the only company that called back to see what I needed. Mr. Runkle was very professional and courteous. He had an expert come to my home to look for source of mold by the next morning. She was also prompt, professional and courteous. I was impressed that they found the problem, told me how to fix it myself and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. They did offer to do the work if I wanted it, but I felt it was within my capabilities and will call them first if I need them again or recommend them to anyone. Thank you ASJ.me

All their work is very thoroughly done. You don’t even know they are there; they clean up s carefully. Their price is good. Their responsiveness is excellent. They will be there when they say they would be there. I would definitely use them in the future.

They did a pretty good job, the carpets look great. They worked very hard and got the job done. I highly recommend their services to other people because they do such a good job and they do it pretty fast.
