Computer Comfort

I was told that the extraction of data was successfully accomplished. I have paid Computer Comfort for services to extract the data from the original hard drive. The extracted data was replaced on the other computer on February 2, 2018. To date, there is lost, missing, and/or inaccessible data. Computer Comfort's engineers were unable to access the data on February 12 & 13, 2018. Computer Comfort refuses to supply me with the extracted data so another attempt may be made to transfer the data to my computer. I no longer have the first computer from which the data was extracted. Pursuant to a February 16, 2018 telephone conversation, Beau Pierson, Director of Technology and Business Development, will not provide a resolution to this problem that originated on February 2, 2018.

I don't know if they do residential. I think they steer more towards small to medium business. We have been using them for 6 or 7 years. We use them so much that sometimes they don't charge me for small things over the phone. When I pick up the phone to call them I never get a well, we'll call you back tomorrow. There is, I think 4 or 5 gentlemen that work there. We have purchased computers, our network server, and they do all of our backup servicing. We are a small company so we rely heavily on them. We have been through 4 or 5 companies before them trying to find the right fit for us. They have a thing that you buy a block of time and as you use it they just subtract it from your bill. They are just a really nice bunch of guys. I'll call them up and this is what I need and can you find it. They researched it and called me back and gave me something. I put in a bar coding system in our company and they came in and helped me  with that. They do it all. I just call them up and say this is what I need. If they can't do it they research it and do it for me.
I would recommend them. I've been through enough to know what is out there. They don't push themselves on you but if you need them they are there. They don't try and push services you don't need.
