They showed up as promised, on time...did quality work, were very polite & was reasonably priced...a pleasure to give this company our business.

Singer Glass showed up on the date set to measure the window for new glass that had cracked.  The repairman indicated that they could replace the glass that day if he could take the window with him.
He was back in about 1 1/2 hours and the window looks great and the price was within the estimate that I was given. 
I would definitely call them again.

I don't recommend the do-it-yourselfer performing this type of work.  Leave it to the professionals - they may need to cut the glass if it is slightly oversized.  They will also apply silicone in the proper places during assembly.  Singer's installers performed an excellent job replacing the glass and were very professional while working in my home.

I provided the glass that the window manufacturer sent to me under warranty and Singer replaced the glass in a matter of minutes in their shop. I opted to bring the glass to Singer's place of business rather than paying the service call charge that I would have incurred had Singer performed the replacement at my home.  This may seem like a simple do it yourself type of job. You may think, "what's so hard about replacing the glass in an existing snap-together vinyl frame?" Believe me, leave it to the professionals. Turns out that the manufacturer had sent the glass slightly oversized. Singer was able to cut the glass to allow it to fit the vinyl frame and then applied silicone in the proper places before completing the assembly. In addition, Singer doesn't usually perform glass work (other than sales) on Fridays and they arranged for one of their installers to work on a Friday to meet my needs. I think the Owner actually did the work, but knowing the owner has the technical know-how makes me feel even better about my experience.  They even put in the extra effort to package my window to minimize the potential for damage during transit in my vehicle before helping me load it in the back of my SUV.  I made it back to my place and installed the window without any problems.  Singer exceeded my expectations by performing excellent work in a timely and professional manner.  Very nice establishment with an extremely knowledgable staff.  Thanks again, Singer!

Product arrived from manufacturer short one window.  In order to complete installation in a timely manner, Singer Glass sent a truck 50 miles to the manufacturer to get window.  Installation was difficult, requiring scaffolding and finesse.  Company did the work without any problems in a professional manner..Very satisfied with the job.

Great overall expierence! Singer, traveled 100mi RT from White Oak, to Wexford Pa, and still beat my best price by $600! Great quality, great service, great price!

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Many options were presented by Singer. Discussion concerning value of tempering vs non-tempering helped me to understand price points and safety issues. Very fast delivery.
