He came and looked at it, it was an issue with the vent flap and he fixed it really quickly. He did great and he was really nice.

Within 2 hours of my call to Liberty Appliance, a repairman came to my house. He assessed the problem and replaced the broken belt. He was neat and clean, polite, and professional. I would definitely recommend Liberty Appliance without hesitation.

They have repaired my dryer twice and it has been out of warranty and they were here several years ago and I had them again last year. The repair has something to do with the dryer fan. It gets loose. It is because of the brand and they had to come back and tighten it up and the last time he said it should not loosen up again. He put some special nut on it. It was actually an old tier guy who used to do our stuff but he retired and moved to Florida. When I called somebody that had known him they said that he was 85 years old or something and he had retired instead he suggested this company. Price wise they are very fair. They are very honest and nice people. They are here when they say they are going to be. They are very good. As for the quality of their work it does not rattle any more. I will use them in the future.

He changed the parts that needed to be changed. They have always been very reasonably priced and knowledgeable about appliances.

I called Liberty after another firm failed to return my call. The Liberty Appliance Service office gave me an approximate time imediately. The repairmen called me within a hour of that time and informed me they would arrive in 15 minutes. Vincet Liberty and his son arrived and diagnosed the faulty switch and within 20 minutes the job was completed. They were very professional and polite.

I received their name from another family member. The men that came to my home were very friendly and experienced. They also guarantee their work for one year.
