About us
Kinder Karate® is a specialized martial arts program developed for the 3-6 year old age group. It uses high-energy, fun, positive classes to engage the kids and get them moving and learning! Kinder Karate® classes develop language, social skills, emotional skills as well as physical skills. Kids will learn concepts such as focus, but in a concrete, easily understandable way. Kinder Karate® is owned and developed by Kara Czerniak, a 3rd degree black belt, who combined her degree in Psychology with her 20 years martial arts experience, and life as a mother of 3, to bring you a program that works!

Services we offer
Classes teach the building blocks of the martial arts. Kids learn basic kicks, blocks, strikes, and self-defense sequences, all appropriate for their age level. Kids learn the Korean language while learning commands and terms. Kids increase focus, listen longer, learn eye-contact, how to be a good team member, and burn energy.

No yelling, no punishments, no negative reinforcements, no boot-camp style atmosphere
