"I think this is a good example of reasonable people coming together to make a solution happen. I issue occurred and we followed through to fix it. I truly believe that it is not whether or not issues arise...as they always will in the real world. How you handle issues is what defines you as a good or bad company. Thank you for the review and thank you for your business. Aaron Stull, President"

"Member, In any situation where a home is sinking, we can at worst stabilize and at best lift back into place. Not only did I come out personally to see this matter, but I had two different crew supervisors say the home could not be safely lifted back to its original position. Your home is approximately 100-years old and had a lot of movement. The area we reinforced was sinking. Now the area is secure. I agree it did not lift into the final position, but we did reinforce. Sincerely, Aaron Stull, President"
"Member, I can't tell you how proud I am to read this review. We obviously did our job and I will be sure to thank Mike and Dave and the rest of the team for impressing you. Thank you for your business and I appreciate the kind review. Sincerely, Aaron Stull President"

"It is true that your job moved. We are one the few companies that give exact dates. Most contractors say things like "next week" or other nebulous phrases. We try not to do that and give exact dates. We are certainly not perfect all the time. In your case we were not able to make the date and for that I apologize. In light of this we gave the outside drain at no cost as you mentioned above. In our defense there was no "fight." As shown above we will admit when we do wrong. As stated herein, we will also defend against what we feel is mischaracterization. As far as the inspector being rude, all I can say is this...he stated he was always civil with you. Moreover, he has never had such a complaint levied against him such as this."
"[Member Name Removed], thank you for the kind words and the thoughtful review. We work hard to deliver a great product and satisfaction to our clients. "Great Service" is a combination of well-skilled and thoughtful employees and quality materials. Both of these are not possible unless the company pays a higher wage to attract and keep people who care and pays a bit more for the good products rather than the cheap ones that break down. This makes our price a bit higher than some. In the end we are not the cheapest company because we don't want to manufacture inferiority. When in need of a specialized service we believe people are better off when they seek the "best value" for their money rather than "the cheapest." What good is the cheapest? Do we buy the cheapest car for our loved ones? Usually not, because we don't want them to be stranded on a dark road one night. Do we look for the cheapest doctor to help when we are in trouble? No, in fact we look for the best doctor and the cost is secondary. Now I completely admit the above analogies are not completely congruent, but they are not that far off either. For many people their home is their biggest asset and the equity in that home comprises of more than 50% of their wealth. When you consider the fact that foundation damage is only behind fire and flood damage, in terms of negative impact to the fair market value of your home, you begin to understand the essential need for quality foundation repairs. In 2013 we tracked how many of our installations where repairing past attempts to remedy a foundation issue. We also tracked how many situations the homeowner experienced catastrophic loss, which occurs when the repair costs exceed 50% or more of the value of the house. 32% of our installations were in situations where a prior attempt failed. Thus a "cheaper" or "incorrect" system was selected and the owner had to pay for the work twice and at much greater costs. 4% of the appointments we visited the repair cost exceeded 50% the value of the home and thus was not viable. In both examples the selection of a cheaper or incorrect solution cost the homeowner much more money in the long term. This is why we are bit more money. Thank you so very much for your business. Sincerely, Aaron Stull, President"
