DECORATIVE FLOOR DESIGNS INC

We called on 7/20/07; Mike came to see job on 7/25 (as scheduled); left sample and proposal; said job would take 3 to 4 days and that they could do it before any bad weather in October. We asked for references; he supplied them. We looked at a job similar to ours, liked it; met with him again, picked the color, and signed the contract. He said he'd call before starting, probably early September. On 9/4/07 he called, started job, and completed it on 9/7/07. Overall, we are very pleased. Mike and helper Sam sanded down the surfaces, applied several coats of various solutions, and finished it off with two coats of clear polyurethane. They worked quietly (aside from the noise of the machinery!), and cleaned up after themselves. Looks very nice and is indeed slip-resistant. We waited until now to submit a report so we could see how it held up during the winter weather. No problems. We are very pleased with our choice of overlay process AND with the company that did the work.

I KNEW THERE WAS A CHANGE SO MY JOB COULD BE PUSHED BACK DUE TO BIGGER JOBS SCHEDULED AHEAD OF MINE. THEY TOLD ME THIS SO THERE WERE NO SURPRISES. THEY WORKED HARD ON THE UNEVEN STEPS. THE JOB LOOKS LIKE A SEAMLESS CARPET.
