We contacted a driveway contractor to seal our driveway (not Corey Mitchell). The contractor said his associate would help us. Unbeknownst to us his associate never called us. Corey Mitchell called us and we assumed it was the associate. He showed up for the assessment and we hired him. He stated he would have a team clean our driveway , tar the cracks and reseal it. He showed up by himself, did not clean the driveway thoroughly, missed cracks with the tar and sealed the driveway. The seal job was not done correctly with large places not sealed at all. This job cost us 2000.00. He did say he would come back for the paid second coat, but no-showed. We have tried numerous phone calls and e-mails with no response. We were ripped off my Corey Mitchell and Angie's list. We do not know how Corey got wind of our request from Angie's list.We called the first contractor back and he did not know Corey Mitchell.So how did Corey get our information and job needs?? I thought the service I paid for and supposedly provided by Angie's list was meant to eliminate scams. DO NOT HIRE COREY MITCHELL AND DO NOT TRUST ANGIE'S LIST!!!
