The Project started back in Sept 2019 with this approx 36ft x 24ft Trex deck of our dreams only to have Center Township and their inspectors force us to tear it down right to the very first board due to being Structurally unsafe with very poor workmanship . Annette and I have not had a deck since Sept 2019 to enjoy and the contractors walked away once they were told it failed inspection and became ghosts . The inspectors said they never followed the plans presented then Built it 2 1/2 inches out of square , used wrong Screws on beams and posts ,face boards 3 1/2 inches bowed due to the structure , several posts were 1.5 inches higher than others , damaged Trex ,glued posts and rails and much more per the the inspector and several other contractors who advised us . Quote on Quote by several I have never seen such poor workmanship in 30 years Annette and I were forced to File suit and get representation instead of the contractors working it out with us . I will give updates as the suit progresses against the contractor and hopefully they come to there senses sooner than later To only have to pay for the deck twice due to all the damages, lost time and inconveniences ..... . I am trusting in my New Contractors to finally give us the deck we dreamed of for years ..... I do not ever post things like this because I have always been very respectful and have always found a way to work things out with anyone I have dealt with before . I do not want to post all the pics and videos we have of the terrible workmanship . It is not about this, its about the Great News is Annette and I finally have found the right team to build us the Deck of our Dreams once we were forced to buy all new material . They have torn down the bad deck in 2 days and will have the auger here Monday to install new posts once they pull out the old ones some of which the other Contractor did not replace even though they were in ground since 2005 and new posts were laying there to use . Did I mention the original contractors were here for 7 months when my current contractor says it will be done within 2-3 weeks pending delivery of Trex decking .

Would definitely recommend. They did our kitchen tile backsplash. Really nice guys, showed up when they said they would, worked really fast and done in less than 2 days! The backsplash looks great!

They provided a reasonable bid for the job. Three quotes on this job - they were the best price. Completed the job in the timeframe they indicated. Professional in work preformed and in all dealings with them. They showed up when they said and completed the work without issues. I plan on hiring them again for another project.

The owner Dave is truly a professional. Always on time and would constantly clean up afterwards. Upon completion of work, it was EXCELLENT.

Dave was great. We are very particular with regard to contractors who perform work in our home. He was detail oriented and very professional. The job entailed tear out and install of new wall tile/backsplash in our kitchen. The tile looks great and we would hire him again for future work.

I hired Innovative to install approximately 1600 sq ft of hardwood flooring and tile in a newly purchased home. Dave (the owner) was very responsive, proactive, and professional throughout the entire project. He consistently checked to ensure the work performed met and/or exceeded my expectations. Dave is a perfectionist and his work reflects that. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone and would definitely hire again in the future. I am beyond satisfied with the finished product.

Paid $3,787.85 for installation of radiant floor heating and travertine tile for a 16x16 den ( I paid for tile separately ) and am VERY disappointed with results- Some tile is "lifting" - grout disappears every time floor is mopped - but the worst is I cannot operate the heated floor. The main thermostat is abutted to a built-in bookcase and the on/off button cannot be accessed (unless I remove the bookcase) I could get into more detail but just be warned ----David is a very polite young man but has no idea what he is doing. He acts like you are bothering him when you ask for correction and tells you how busy he is. This project began Dec 2016 and is still not right. I finally told him not to bother and hired a Pro to fix his mess. April 2017

Dave is meticulous. He cleaned up every night and did a great job. Highly recommend him.

Innovative Contracting did the hard wood in the whole first floor of my home. They also did the subway tile back splash in my kitchen, marble tile in my bathroom and built a custom wood railing for my stairs. I recommend them to everyone.

He does great quality of work and prices are pretty good.

Dave did a great job! He was knowledgeable and informative. The floor looks beautiful and I will be hiring him for many more jobs. He completed the job in a timely manor and cleaned up after himself. Outstanding!
