We had ALUMNI LANDSCAPING replace our front walkway and steps during the spring of 2020. Work was completed in a timely and meticulous manner, and everything looked great with all surrounding plantings redone as part of the project. We were so satisfied that we entrusted them to do our patio project recently during November 2021. I have to say, Anthony and his company Alumni landscaping are probably the best in the area. He's honest, hard-working and dependable. Alumni did a great job on such a complex project and built a fabulous patio for us, with everything we wanted and more. The patio, pergola, the wood-burning fireplace and the surrounding area that was redone have given us a whole new living space. The new patio has totally transformed my property and we are anxious for the weather to turn so we can enjoy it soon. His staff was timely, hardworking, and very neat. They also kept things as clean as possible, a difficult task during the wet December weather. We couldn't have been happier with the entire process and the results. Anthony and his crew were extremely hard workers. Very professional and wanted to make sure everything turned out the way I wanted it. They lay the pavers for my porch, patio, and sidewalk, as well as built 2 beautiful new retaining walls that all coordinated, which was very important to me. They also built a fire pit area on my patio that was not part of the initial plan, but added such character to the yard, and is both functional and beautiful! Anthony was very receptive to any changes or additions that were added along the way, including adding a border of beautiful stone along the perimeter of my entire yardâ s landscape, which really put the finishing touch on the project. He is a perfectionist, as am I, so it worked out well. I would highly recommend his company.

He possesses a conscientiousness, attention to detail , overall pride in his work, that is very hard to come by these days. Anthony and his team did outstanding work for us. Anthony listened to what we wanted and worked with us to design a stone patio which far exceeded our expectations. He is a talented designer and knowledgable in his profession. Anthony's team is professional and a pleasure. The work was done on time and on budget. Excellent experience!

Our backyard has a section shaded with trees, allowing for minimal sunlight.We are at the bottom of a hill and when heavy rains occurred, we had a yard of mud. Anthony Cardillo solved the problem by designing a river bed of beautiful blue river rock. However, his vision extended far beyond just delivering river rock. He designed a pathway with stepping stones, surrounded by the river rock. He then figured out a complimentary edging with stone that set the yard off - giving it a finished border. He calculated the correct amount of material, finished the job on-time and under budget as promised. Additionally, his customer service was exceptional. We went to Lowe s together to select the stepping stone and I liked a different stone than the one Anthony recommended. We debated and discussed the pro s and con s of each style; Anthony even did a side by side comparison. Ultimately I agreed with Anthony s suggestion but was impressed by his attention to customer service to make sure that I got the style I wanted. He and his crew worked hard, were extremely conscientious and absolute perfectionists in their craft.

I asked Anthony and his crew to replace a paver patio and help with drainage by adding French drains. He provides a quote quickly, scheduled the work, and completed the project as promised. He is meticulous and takes great care in completing the work. I recommend Alumni without hesitation!

Anthony responded promptly to our request for a bid. He was here at the house within a day, and we had a bid by that evening. He was very conscientious when he was here. He is very personable! He and his crew showed up when they said they would be here. They worked very hard all day to complete the job in efficient and timely way. They were respectful of our property and our neighbors properties. After they were finished, they cleaned up. We are very pleased with the completed patio . Alumni Landscaping is top notch! Anthony and his crew are very easy to work with and very reliable. The landscaping around our home was an eyesore. Anthony was able to give us every thing we wanted and more. Anthony has an excellent eye for what would look good in the space we had and boy did he deliver. He did a hillside along our driveway with river rock and and beautiful plants. He replaced our rotting wood steps with gorgeous stone steps and plants. And the biggest part was a natural stone patio in the side yard complete with a wall, fire pit and beautiful landscaping around the patio. Anthony and his crew cleaned up the entire work area, planted grass in the areas that were bare and left our home like it was when he arrived. We are proud of our home now. His work is impeccable and I would recommend Alumni Landscaping to anyone looking for an excellent, reliable and caring landscaping business.

Anthony and crew did a great job removing an old damaged concrete patio and installing a new paver patio. Started the project sooner than expected and had the new patio installed in no time. Even went above and beyond and removed several overgrown trees and put in a new drainage line for us when we realized we had a problem.

I hired Alumni to remove a damaged 29' x 32' concrete patio plus another 12' x 24' concrete pad with a very old and damaged retaining wall behind my home and to excavate my land to obtain proper water run off in the dead of winter. Anthony showed up to see the scope of work and after going over everything and talking to Anthony I got a sense of security in my hiring of Alumni. He is very honest and upfront young man. Since this was the dead of winter, Anthony was a one man crew. He showed up when he said he would with the proper tools and got right to work. He handles and operates his machines (Skid Steer/Excavator) very well. He removed and hauled away all that concrete and retaining wall block in a day and a halves time and excavated the area of work to a nice looking grade using fill from an extended part of the front driveway area that needed shaved down and excavated for proper water runoff. Anthony recommended a french drain of 20ft near the back of my home for me to have peace of mind knowing that any water (if any) coming toward home will be controlled by this french drain that Anthony neatly tied into storm system. I am very pleased with the results of this scope of work, by Alumni and I am already talking to Anthony about other projects that I want to have done in the coming weeks including finishing my extended driveway. I highly recommend Alumni

This was a very complicated project but Anthony and his team worked through them and around them. Besides building a fantastic and attractive retaining wall they created a beautiful brick walkway and steps. Due to conditions outside of their control they had to reconstruct our patio and reinstall the fence. All under difficult climate conditions.
