His very competent. He is very well known in the community for doing it right. People who are competent, they can get the money that they deserved. He is very competent. It's a good service. I can call him up when I need something to be done. He is very strict on how he does inspection. All their services are quality. He is very professional. They are all competent. I was recommended by one of my friends who said that he can get the job done. So far, he has done everything by what my friend said he was. He gets the job done right.
