KENMAWR CLEANERS

When I picked up the garments, I noticed that my daughter's pea coat was filthy. I said, "I think you forgot to clean this one." The very rude little girl there-who refused to give me her name except to say that she was the owner's daughter-said that it looked fine to her. The coat was completely covered with lint, fuzz and clumps of hair! She said that those things do not come off when they clean it and offered to sell me an expensive lint brush so I could clean the coat myself. She said they could put it in for a re-do, but that it would come out the same way because that's what they do. She called her dad on the phone and he was unwilling to accept responsibility for the shoddy job or to do anything about it. She insisted on charging me for the really awful job and said that I was rude for being upset about it. I brought in a white shirt jacket that I didn't think would come clean in a million years and they did a very good job on it. It's a shame that this girl's rudeness and their unwillingness to actually clean the coat will cause me to give them a very bad rating and warn people against ever using this establishment-or the other dry cleaners he apparently owns in Mt. Lebanon.

THE PRICE WAS GOOD AND THE EQUIPMENT WAS GOOD. THE NEW SCREEN DOOR IS GREAT.
