If you love NOT having your calls returned, being over-charged and slow service, you will LOVE these guys What a sham outfit - slow to respond, empty promises, over-charged and estimates that include items that do not exist, not needed or made up. Stay away - far far far away. Find a professional firm like ServiceMaster. Duckstein is horrible, greedy and unscrupulous

Ron Duckstein is a crook. This company took 3 months from date of damage to finally start work. Then they never finished.

"We are very sorry that [member name removed] was not satisfied. For more than 42 years, our #1 goal has been to provide quality service to each and every customer. If there is a concern, a senior manager (including Ron Duckstein) will personally get involved to ensure the issue is being addressed. Everyone engaged with this project performed exceptionally well. [member name removed] insurance company did not agree to cover the entire scope of work she wanted claimed. Unfortunately, [member name removed] directed her disappointment at our company because without the approval for payment we could not perform that portion (about 12%) of the work. We completed the approved scope of work (88%) above and beyond pre-loss condition including an upgrade of the original pressed-board laminate floor in the kitchen, dining room and living room to a true oak hardwood.
