AUD'S WINDOW CLEANING

Smiirrored windows they did redo them twice but not to our satisfaction when I cancelled they still came twice befor they finely stopped

They were wonderful when I did use them. They just got too expensive for us. They were excellent. They came out 4 times a year. They were friendly and always came on time. They cleaned up and wrote up a bill and stuck it in the mailbox.

They do a nice job. They always do a nice job when they are here and they are very punctual when they come. They get the job done and they are gone. I have never ever had a problem with them. They use ladders and things like that when they have to climb. They just do a nice and complete job with the outside windows. They are very reasonable. Their quality is good and the windows are clean. They are very responsive. They are very polite and are always in a good mood. They come in and do their work. They leave the bill on the inside of the door for me and I send them a check. I like their work and also, I don't want to get up on the ladder.

The service doesn't call ahead of time to tell you when they will be there. Nor do the window cleaners ring the doorbell to let you know they are there. My family has been surprised more than once seeing someone at the window. This also means that they clean only the window whose screens are unlocked or not in place, unless someone happens to be home to unlock them all. When I first contracted with them they used to notify me 24 hours in advance. They haven't done that for the past year.
