McKean Tire & Lube

I like to keep my money local by supporting nearby businesses.  Tried to set up an appointment.  Was told someone would call me back that day.  It's been over a week now and no return call.  Teach your employees how to set appointments so they don't have to return calls.  Actually follow through with returning a call if you tell a customer that's your intention.  If they can't get the little things right, how will they do with bigger responsibilities?  You only get one chance to make a good first impression.  McKean Tire and Lube blew this chance.  I went elsewhere and will neither use nor recommend McKean Tire and Lube in the future. 

The service went very well. I got my previous snow tires there and one of them had a blowout. I was driving on it fine and I came out of RVs and it was totally flat. When I went out there, they looked at the tire and said that it cannot be repaired and gave me some options. So, I just bought two new ones. It was probably like a years away of getting new ones anyway. They have done a fine job for us. I think they are a whole lot more professional and knowledgeable than I am. We have sent friends there and we had sent our brother-in-law there. They do pretty well in getting things done when they say they are going to.

We have been very happy with them. They seemed to do a pretty thorough job and seemed to be good at telling me things that I need to worry about and things that I do not have to worry about. They were already booked up at the end of the month but it was not their fault it was our fault. They do get busy at the end of the month. Other people were pretty happy with them too. They do not expand their personal infinitely just to accommodate everyone who forgot to inspect or in a timely manner. Lasts time we took me mummy's car in they were very good in pointing out things that she would need to think about.

I would rate them highly. I would use them again in the future.
