WALL-MAN

Justin arrived,listened to our needs and suggested an acceptable payment plan to start our project and was happy to work with us over time and in phases over several years to complete our project. something no other contractor was willing to do. We agreed on a 10k project which included excavation,patio stones, retaining wall and plants as phase 1,the following year would include pavillion and outdoor kitchen construction. Justin showed up and as promised we paid him 5k for ordering of materials began to excavate the back yard. He staysed 4 hrs, dug a huge pit in the back yard,resulting in diggin up the old farm glass deposit. the glas was spread all over the back yard. this was a concern since we have 2 dogs. He assured us he would take care of it the next day and spread the mounds of dirt from the back to the front yard, leveling it. this was the begining of a long line of suprises and disappointments. in short, NONE of the work was completed. Justin eventually returned to spread the dirt out front and spread glass over the entire property. HE didnt spread the dirt in the front just transfered the mounds from the back to front yard and disappeared for months. I was unable to get him to return phone calls promptly, he always had an excuse for why he couldnt come to finish what he has started. I had checked the BBB for a goodstanding business review prior to his starting, but the BBB is a phone automated service which doesnt allow search by company owner, only company name. come to find out ,Justin had filed bankruptcey 2 weeks before starting my project. was being sued by several of his privious clients for 100's of thousands, changed his business names several times with the BBB , scrambling his business names contact phone numbers and business addresses so that his poor business conduct couldnt be tracked. He stole my money and never finished the project. I had to save for several years to get pay another man to just make my yard usable. and after 6 years my project still isnt finished. I was advised it woudl cost me more than what I had lost to sue Justin and then it would be up to me to try and collect. BEWARE of this guy!! hes a theif and a grifter. Hopefully someday, Pa state laws will protect the consumer and not the contractor
