igniter on my gas furnace wasnt lighting. called company and they came out next day as requested. repairman agreed that the igniter needed replaced. he changed it out. he spent approx 15-20 min total at my house. charged for igniter and $99 for service call.

They were able to come that same day.  They diagnosed the problem, a simple wiring problem due to age & vibration.  They also inspected the interior fan and did minor maintenance.  I was very pleased with their service and plan to use them whenever I need repairs or maintenance on my furnace or AC.
