He has been coming here for 40 years and is very trustworthy. He usually comes out in the fall before the furnace comes on. His price is reasonable. He is thorough and cleans up after himself. He cleans the furnace and oils it and all of that stuff. He is very efficient and very pleasant and he is reasonably priced. He is here for a few hours. For $55, it is hard to find anybody to do anything. My parents used him before I did.
