Home Building
He was to install a concrete Porch and steps in front of my townhouse. He demanded half up front, then disappeared for 2 months. Then he demolished my steps, and disappeared again for a month. He had someone (a cousin) move my airconditioner, which damaged the compressor and had to be replaced. The resulting steps did not look nice and uniform. I ended up getting a lawyer involved, and did not pay him the 2nd half for the completed work.
It was the worst experience ever.
