Contractor began work on June 20, 2006 and repaired fascia and installed all other goods as specified. Contractor's work fell apart on the second day after he began. Contractor agreed to replace defective and faulty work but never did. Contractor returned periodically to demand more money. Contractor left threatening and intimidating messages on home and cellular voicemail. The porch remained in a state of disrepair all winter because contractor delayed until good weather had passed. Contractor was sued in small claims court on November 22, 2006. He lost and was required to pay $3600. He did not pay the settlement after 90 days, so a constable was sent to his house to seize his property for a public auction. Complaints were filed with Better Business Bureau and Attorney General's Office of Consumer Protection. This project has been a disaster and a significant hassle in our lives. 9 months later, our porch is a shambles & we're out thousands of dollars.
