Knowledgeable professional crew. Beautiful refinishing result on a very scratched and damaged "prefinished"  floor. Put a nice stain and repaired floor flaws.

I contacted a few different flooring refinishers before I elected to choose Jon.  He was very responsive to my phone calls and emails and was able to answer all of my questions.  After feeling comfortable with the communication I had with Jon I proceeded to schedule the date for the job.   Jon and his crew showed up on time, completed the work in the two days he indicated it would take.  After the initial work was completed he recommended that the top coat be completed at a later date once the other contractors finished the installation of the interior trim and cabinets.  Again, Jon was very responsive when I contacted him to have the final top coat completed.  He placed my projected on his schedule, his crew arrived on the scheduled day to finish the job.  
I receive may comments of how beautiful the floor looks, I couldn't be more please with its outcome, thank you Jon and your crew for doing an outstanding job.

Jon was very professional. During the estimate, he walked us through the refinishing process while he measured the floors.  After we decided to hire Jon, he provided stain samples and made himself available to answer questions. On the first day of the job, he showed up when he said he would and completed the job right on time. He is a stand-up guy who definitely knows his business. 

They did what they said. They were timely, very professional, and finish product was excellent. These guys met and exceeded all my expectations.

The family room has wood/plywood subfloor in one section and concrete subfloor in the other part.  There was carpet and ceramic tiles glued on to the concrete. The floor was not even (not to mention the vinyl floor on top of the plywood subfloor.  I also had existing hardwood in two bedrooms and wood staircase.  The task was to install wood that would match the existing hardwood (approximately 2100 SQFT).   From the beginning, Jon answered all my questions, made sure we were on the same page.  He was very professional, always provided a schedule (by e-mail) specifying all steps of the installation process. The work was started on time and to my surprise, it was completed sooner than i thought. Due to other contractors i had to re-schedule some work; Jon was OK with that.  He worked per my schedule and made sure everything was done correctly.   Overall, very good experience working with Jon.  The Crew is very professional, answered all my questions; made sure I liked their work and made sure that the place was clean before they left. I would recommend Jon for any type of hardwood installation.

He is outstanding. We had used him a year ago and we had him back out to do our dining room. John and everyone associated with the company are nice, professional and give tremendous customer service. I cannot speak highly enough of them.

On time, worked long hours and on Sunday to ensure that the job was completed. They even came back and replaced one board that looked irregular (darker than the others) Jon gave advice on care and keeping the beautiful floor nice for many years to come.

We wanted hardwood flooring in our living room and happened to see their work van at one of their jobs and got the contact information off it. They have an excellent website that is easy to navigate. We made an appointment to get an estimate and a day after taking measurements John emailed a quote. We set a date for installation and John called to let us know when he would deliver the materials and exactly what time they would arrive to start the work. They moved furniture out for us, painted moulding that went around the floor and against the newly painted baseboard and trimmed the bottom of a door that was to close to the floor and wouldn't close. They cleaned up after they were done each day and cleaned the floor when they were completely done. It took a total of 2 1/2 days. They worked from 7 a.m. to approximately 5:30 p.m. for 2 days and finished on the morning of the 3rd day. The floor is beautiful!!! They suggested we get felt pads for under our furniture so it will slide on the floor without damaging it. I will not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. Nice job and nice men to work with.
