She was simply wonderful! I called her from LA told her what I was looking for and that I would be in the area in 3-4 days. She met us at our hotel and took us to view some houses for rent. She drove us around the area to help us familiarize ourselves. We went back to one house the next evening in the cold rain and looked over the house more closely. She organized for us to be able to speak with the landlord and drew up the lease agreement. She also has sent us very important links so that we can make appointments for water, cable, tv, etc. while we are out of towm. She has really taken care of us throughout the entire process!

It all started at a local Health Food Store. I spotted a 1959/60 MGA in the parking lot. It was red, just like the one my father was trying to sell. :-( I took a photo of it on my phone and when the owner came out, we struck up a conversation about cars in the parking lot. Alane was wearing a sweater with the Re/Max logo on it so I asked her about renting a commercial space we had empty in West Reading. She was friendly, and knowledgeable and after a few e-mails back and forth, we listed the space with her. Within 2 months we had two offers on the space. We rented it on the 3rd month and were very happy since it had been empty for over a year. I would definitely recommend Alane to a friend. She was prompt, reliable and courteous.
