I perform property management, light replacement to wiring homes. installing tile floors and walls to complete kitchen remodeling I also take care of standard lawn cutting and also do planting bed installation and maintenance. Odd jobs are also accepted., plumbing, taking care of peoples second homes in the area.I have done services ranging from faucet replacement to bathroom remodeling

I am a widow and my son does not live near by so it was great to have someone to fix all the little things that needed to be fixed. I thought the price was reasonable, Andy returned my calls immediately and was available to do the work within two weeks. He showed up on time and did not leave to go to other job sites and leave me waiting to finish the work or send a "helper" to do the work, he fixed everything himself.

We had a roof leak which stained and crumbled part of the kitchen ceiling.  I called Andy and he returned my call the same day.  He came to look at the job and gave me an approximate date he would return to make the repair.  He called several days in advance to let me know when he was coming.  He was punctual, professional, and cleaned up after the repair. He did a very good job.  I would use him again and also recommend him.

Andy responds immediately, he is thorough, professional, knowledgeable and completely trustworthy.  Andy was working on a previous job and took the time to check on my property immediately after he completing his full day of work.  He called as soon as he got to my home to give me the update.  Since my furnace was previously not working properly, he quickly shut the water off to the house, drained the pipes and avoided a major disaster for me!!!  He is a life-saver!

Working with Andy was a pleasure.  I scheduled a time for him
to come out to look at a number of jobs we were considering having done.
 We ask Andy to breakdown each job for us by way of cost to help us better
pick and choose what we wanted done.  He did this for us very quickly and
we decided on a final list. 
Once we hired Andy to do the work and ordered the
necessary materials, Andy immediately got to work.  It only took him a few
days to complete all of the work we hired him to do.  As we were not on
site, he was very good at communicating with us along the way to give us status
updates and discuss any questions that came up. 
Upon inspection of the work Andy did, we were very
happy.  He did a very good and thorough job and we couldn't be more pleased
with the results. 
I highly recommend you give Andy a call if you
have any handyman type work that needs to be done.  You won't be
disappointed.
