It started out good, then it got bad and they were unreasonable. They did a good job on my porch, and demo in the initial two weeks. Afterword it seems like they lost interest in the job and the GC was allowing workers to do work without it being checked. We had everything in writing, and it seemed like they didn?t even read the contract. And every time we talked about things they said it wasn?t in the quote or in the original contract. They had a poor attitude and they never seemed to reference back to the contact. All I asked for was $180 to pay for the plumber and he would not agree to this. He also burnt out our furnace and refused to fix it. I had to pay another carpenter over $2,000 to fix the work that he did incorrectly. Although I was dissatisfied with a lot of their work I was most upset with their poor attitude. I have the emails to prove their attitude. I do not feel that I should deserve abuse for asking for things to be done.
