About us

We have been in business for 25 years. Our business is a family owned and operated business. For bigger projects, we do use subcontractors that we have handpicked and have had background checks done on them. We have 5 star contractors insurance with Erie Insurance. We all have background checks through the State Police. Our HICPA # with the State Attorney General is 4514. We have certification through Cocciardi and Associates Inc for Lead Based Paint Certified Renovator Initial and our certificate number is R-I-19111-10-00303. The expiration on that certificate is March 26, 2015. We are all non smoking and drug free. We offer complimentary estimates for all your projects. We offer a 10% discount for all Angie's List Members, Active Military and Senior Citizens.

Dave charged us about half the going rate of a regular contractor. He allowed us to do some of the removal of old material and some of the flooring ourselves to keep costs down. He did a fantastic job even when the home improvement store gave us the wrong sized cabinets for our space. The work was solid and done on schedule and under budget. Dave and his sons are very hard working people.
