I gave John the dimensions and lengths I needed. He made some helpful recommendations that ended up saving me money. The actual price was lower than the estimate. The duct work was ready to pick up in 2 days. The quality of workmanship on the duct work was first rate.

Do not use Comfort Tech for residential services! They claim to be mainly commercial, so I don't know how that service is.
