Contacted via website for estimate. Tim provided a very timely and professional estimate. I was impressed. I requested driveway sealing and hot crack sealing. I was expecting more than just the typical driveway seal as my driveway conditions warranted some extra attention in my opinion. I was expecting and willing to pay more for this service. For reference my regular driveway Sealer Randolph Asphalt Maintenance quoted me $130 for just sealing. My note to Tim basically said for the $190 quoted, I was expecting something for the $60 premium to my other quote. Based on the service I requested, this higher amount could have been justified, I just wanted to confirm it, otherwise why do it? I replied to Tim's estimate with an email setting expectations that in my opinion were not unreasonable but Tim must have felt otherwise. His response back was "sorry we will not be able to help you with your driveway at this time" I responded back apologizing in case I didn't come across well in email. It was just setting expectations nothing more or less. Offered him a chance to respond further and extended the job to him. No response. This business owner must have so much business that he doesn't need the work. Take your business elsewhere. Overall his work looks great and I wanted to use him.
