Insulation job took 2 days & results are fantastic.  Huge noticeable difference in temperature on 2nd story.  Crew was professional & worked with us on a tight deadline.

.I couldn't have been more pleased from start to finish. Chris Jones the sales representative was extremely informative and suggested things that should be done. The installers Todd and David arrived exactly when scheduled. We reviewed what was to be done and they also pointed out a few minor additional things which they corrected. The job was done in a very professional way and they were very neat and orderly. On a scale of 1 - 10 I would rate them 10+ and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs insulation. They also install gutters and I have scheduled them to replace some of my 5and quot; gutter which is too small with new 6and quot; seamless gutter.

After receiving a quote from a competitor to blow insulation into our finished attic, my wife and I decided to call Suburban because our home inspector (who was excellent) used them to perform similar services.
The guy (Jason, I think) came over and quoted the job on a Thursday. My wife was home that day. He was very professional, and did not come off at all as and quot;salesyand quot;. He walked my wife around the attic and pointed out all of the areas that they would have to access to blow the insulation in. He also indicated that they would cover the access areas, but that it would not be pretty, as they did not really specialize in that kind of work. He was very honest and straightforward. His quote was also about $550 lower than the competitor for virtually the same exact work.
After getting the quote in the mail a week or so later, we decided to go with Suburban. They came to our house about two weeks from receiving the quote to perform the work. Again, the crew was very professional and informative. After cutting the access panels, one of the guys from the crew walked my wife around and had her take pictures for me of what the inside of the walls looked like (there was no insulation whatsoever). The crew worked fast, and informed my wife that they were able to fill 100% of the wall space, which apparently is unusual. They walked my wife around the area again to take more pictures before they covered the access areas. After covering the access areas, the crew did a great job of cleaning up the attic area.
I returned home from work that day and immediately inspected everything. Upon walking up to the attic, I could immediately feel the difference in temperature. The area was also as clean as you could possibly expect it to be after such a job.
Overall, I am extremely happy with the service received and the price. The only drawback is that they covered the access holes by screwing pieces of plywood over the wall rather than cutting the pieces to fit into the opening. Luckily I plan on remodeling the attic, so I can fix it then. To be fair, the guy that quoted the job let us know that the repair job would not be pretty.
