Ed and his crew have always done a great job for us.
Everyone there is friendly and professional.
This is a relatively small shop that provides excellent service and friendly and personal attention to our needs.
All the mechanical repairs we've had done met our expectations for scheduling, pricing, and quality.
On every occasion that we needed collision repair done we have also been very pleased.
We've used Stebler Auto to repair a number of 'fender benders' over the years.
A few years ago we had an older car that was totaled in an accident.
Eric told us he could repair the car for a little less than the insurance company offered as value and advised that he thought the car was worth fixing.
So, we had to "purchase"  the car back from the insurance company because they totaled it.
Even after that insurance payment deduction there was still more than enough to completely repair the car, get a 'reconstructed" vehicle title, and even put on new tires.  Stebler took care of every step in the process.
We ran that car for another 90,000 miles after the repair and never had any problems. 
It was still a good running car when we donated it to charity.
Stebler Auto can take of virtually anything at a fair price.

I had my car towed to Stebler Auto Villa after the *second* time it wouldn't start. The folks at Stebler were accommodating and helpful, even though they were unable to replicate the problem (the car started every single time they tried it, but I knew something was wrong, as it's a 15-year-old car and these things happen.)

They got to working trying to determine what might be causing the issue based on the symptoms I described (the car didn't start after heavy rains). They found that the spark plug wires were possibly original to the car (at least VERY old) and were likely getting damp, whether from rain or condensation, and suspected that replacing the wires might solve the problem.

They were very clear about the cost and scope of work before they did anything, which I appreciated. 

I don't know if $212 is a fair price for replacing spark plug wires, but I *do* know that I felt more than comfortable paying that amount for somebody to diagnose AND solve my problem. I haven't had a problem since.

It went great. I think I found a new mechanic.

Easy to schedule. We needed the flush for our minivan because of towing. Job was done while I was at work.

Easy - dropped off the car before work and picked it up afterwards by arrangement.
