All my call to the North Hills Store and to cutomer service just say "it's not in yet" After more than 4 months of all our clothes in cardboard boxes I am really upset.

The original shopping experience at this Beaver Valley location was good, our sales lady was professional, when we left the store after placing our order on 8/25 we were happy. Delivery was to happen in two parts because our sofa and rug were back ordered so we were fine with a split delivery. The first part came later that week, including the love seat, two end tables, coffee table, and two lamps. The delivery guys bring it in and put it where i request and i run over it quickly and don't see any major issues and they leave. I go to move the love seat, and the front leg falls off. It wasn't even screwed on. So i go to inspect the underside to see how to put it back on and cut my finger on a staple sticking out an inch from the trim. Looking further there are half a dozen staples sticking out possibly from where they pulled out the packing material and left it. So before i call i inspect the rest of the items. I unpack the lamps and put them together. The first one is dented and scratched on the base, and the wooden block that holds the lampshade on is crooked so it sits at a 45 degree angle on top of the shade. Now i know that they don't open these lamps to inspect them, and come to find out later could care less about your accessories. Then I look at the end tables, they are filthy. Not some i left it for a week in dusty house, but its been sitting out for a very long time to get this amount of dirt and dust on it. And then two of the tables are missing the plastic feet. I called CS and explain, get my 50.00 store credit which I attempted to refuse twice, he ordered new lamps and a love seat to be redelivered when the rest of the furniture came in and sent out a craftman later that day to put the leg back on. SEPTEMBER 19th the redeliver is finally here, furniture shows up, leg on the replacement love seat falling off AGAIN and it had NO plastic feet like the loveseat we sent back, lamps are scratched, dented, and not even close to the same quality of the first ones, and again missing the bottom felt pad and the shades are crumpled in the box. The couch now has five staples sticking out of the bottom, and the back fabric is not even properly stapled down. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY no way they do any QA before they send this crap out to your house, they tried to convince me otherwise but let me tell you i would fire everyone if i sent furniture out like this. Another 40 minutes on the phone with CS gets me overly angry. They want to give me a 150$ store credit to get new lamps but refuse to deal with the existing ones saying oh just keep em. After 40 minutes of kindly repeating myself I got them to finally reship lamps to the store for me to look at next week and they will refund our money if we don't like them which they didn't want to do. They would not listen to my request I repeated 5 times. We will get credit if after the third time the lamps are no crap. But I refuse to ever do business with them again

I USUALLY TRY TO AVOID SALES REPS AT FURNITURE STORES, SINCE THEY ARE ALWAYS HANGING OVER YOU, BUT GERRY GREETED ME IN THE STORE AND WHEN I TOLD HIM I JUST WANTED TO LOOK AROUND HE LEFT ME ON MY OWN TO DO MY BROWSING. THAT WEEKEND THEY WERE HAVING A BIG CLEARANCE ROOM SALE. I SAW A LOVE SEAT THAT I LIKED AND ASKED HIM TO HELP ME WITH THE SALE. HE WAS VERY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. I WENT BACK SEVERAL DAYS LATER WITH A FRIEND TO PICK UP MY FURNITURE AND THE REST OF THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY ALSO.
