I USUALLY TRY TO AVOID SALES REPS AT FURNITURE STORES, SINCE THEY ARE ALWAYS HANGING OVER YOU, BUT GERRY GREETED ME IN THE STORE AND WHEN I TOLD HIM I JUST WANTED TO LOOK AROUND HE LEFT ME ON MY OWN TO DO MY BROWSING. THAT WEEKEND THEY WERE HAVING A BIG CLEARANCE ROOM SALE. I SAW A LOVE SEAT THAT I LIKED AND ASKED HIM TO HELP ME WITH THE SALE. HE WAS VERY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. I WENT BACK SEVERAL DAYS LATER WITH A FRIEND TO PICK UP MY FURNITURE AND THE REST OF THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY ALSO.

STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. THEY HAD A LARGE SELECTION AND FURNITURE WAS IN STOCK. NO WAITING. CASH AND CARRY.

THE SALESPERSON/PEOPLE WERE MINIMALLY CORDIAL AND SEEMED MORE INTERESTED IN SELLING THAN IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE PRICES WERE REASONABLE.
