I've been using them for a few years to check my furnace before the heating saeson & the A/C prior to cooling season. Everything has gone well & no issues were detected. Technicians arrive when promised, are very curteous & perform the inspections promptly.

I've had good experiences with Pelles HVAC the past few years. I believe I found them through Angie's List after moving from VA. My house isn't that far from their office & I request a "first appointment" and the technician has always been on time. I've not experienced any real problems with either part, so they've never done any significant repair. So I assume that whatever tweaks that are done during the inspection keep the part running well. My furnace is up in the attic, so it's a bit tougher to access than most which are in the basement, but the technician never complains (at least to me) & they've sent the same technician for all my calls, so he's developed some degree of familiarity with my set-up, which I view as a plus.

I have used them for furnace & a/c cleanings since I have been on my own. Even insisted my husband use them when I got married. They installed our new furnace. Always nice, professional. Emergency calls have always been answered quickly even when they are exhausted & just want to go home.

They did a great job. They sell a great product. Very pleased with how the job was handled.

I have been using them for the last 2 years and am very happy with the service.  Everyone is very friendly and professional.  And I have never felt like they have tried to perform unnecessary work just to raise the price.  The technicians are very thorough and I would definitely call them with any problems I experience with my furnace or air conditioning system.

Furnace not working.  Called in the morning, they had a cancellation so sent Bruce over right away.  Finished in 90 minutes.  Great work Bruce.

JIm showed up on time and got right to work. He checked the indoor blower and filter and outside he checked the volts, amps, and pressures and cleaned the coils.  Our outside unit is approximately 20 years old and I asked Jim about the condition of it (it's showing it's age, rust, etc.) and he recommended that since it's in good working condition there's no need at this point to worry about replacing it.
