Fergusons Free Energy

We initially contacted The Patio and Fireplace since they were the original installer on our new home 19 years ago and had checked it 6 years ago. We were told that since it is over 15 years old they refused to service it but we were told of a $200 coupon that we could use toward the purchase of a new fireplace. We then contacted Ferguson Free Energy in Mars and they agreed to come out to our home in Kennedy township. Gary the owner, is professional, knowledgeable and most importantly, HONEST. We told him that it would shut down intermittently and he diagnosed the issue immediately as a faulty electrical connection. He also vacuumed, cleaned the glass replaced the embers and even painted a scratch that was on the unit. We definitely recommend them to anyone having an issue or in need of a fireplace because of Gary’s knowledge, and honest business practice. Simply put instead of Holmes on Homes he’s the Ferguson of Fireplaces!

I was 100% satisfied with my entire experience with Ferguson's Free Energy. Gary responded to my calls and e mail in timely fashion...was helpful making suggestions and the work he did was excellent . My 20 yr old shed looked brand new when he was finished. It saved me the expense of tearing down and replacing my existing shed. I would highly recommend this business. It was a pleasure to get a job done well without any stress or worry.

Since I am a very critical consumer and being a small business owner, I expect quality service at a fair price.
I finally researched the market and settled on a Regency insert. Their website lists 5 contractors in Western PA. I contacted 4 of the 5 since one on the list I had horrible prior experience with.
3 of the 4 never called me back. Unreal since it is summer and they must be extremely busy!!!
Gary and Debbie are professional and pleasure to deal with!!! Since we are renovating whole house and are dealing with MANY different contractors...they were refreshing change from the and quot;$hitty Serviceand quot; and and quot;Never call you backand quot; ones!
