I recommended the buyer to choose Elite handle the closing. After the buyer communicate with the company, and get the estimate of closing cost. He was impressed by the efficiency of company's response and the price the company offered to him. The buyer thanked me to help him to save the money. During this closing process, the company forgot to order the condo resale certificate till the last minute, so they ordered the rush delivery at seller's cost . After I got this, I contact the company, and they agreed to deduct the extra cost. Elite did not let me down. They stand behind their good reputation. I chose the right company. I will definitely choose Elite again for my next home purchase.

I initially contacted Robin via email to inquire what the procedure would be when selling a property without a realtor. I sent the email on a weekend and was pleasantly surprised when Robin responded so quickly and provided me with the requested information.
Throughout the process I needed to email Robin several times and she was very responsive. This was all prior to final determination that we would be using Elite Closing.
Once the paperwork was sent to Elite, I communicated with Krissy for whom I have only praise for her patience and knowledge as I called her various times.
The actual closing went very smoothly and I would definitely recommend Elite Closing.

They were perfect. They got in touch with us ahead of time. They made sure we knew what needed to get done. They made sure everything was helmed before we got there. When we got there, all the paper was laid out. They knew exactly what we needed to do. They made it very simple and very easy. The office was great. So, I would say that it was awesome.
