This is an update from an old review back on 5/3/17. I called Jeff to clean and fix my grandmother's clock and he never called back which led to my initial bad rating. A few years later I called him again and he replied promptly. We made arrangements for him to come over to do the required work, which he did. Neither of us know what happened with the first call back in 2017 or why I never got a response. I was ultimately very pleased with his work. I now believe there must have been some kind of mix up and I wanted to clarify my initial review.
