Jon Coover stole over 15 thousand dollars from us by asking for payments for services and products that were never received.

Recieved estimate on March 22,2012, work to begin first week of April. Demolition took two days+ should have only taken one.. Drywall took forever to get installed. Project was to take 3-4 weeks, at 3 months the shower was not installed, the heated flooring was not hooked up, the vent was not installed, the crown moulding was not installed, the ceiling was not finished painted and the work that was done is now showing signs of needing repair. The tile grout is cracking on the floor, there was tile int the bathrrom to begin with and the only spots it was cracking was near a window where there was an incline, now its cracking in multiple areas after he installed entire floor,. the toilet was installed and now is loose will have to be pulled up and redone. The shower which is an enclosed steamshower unit leaks water due to no sealant being used when put together,the tub enclosure tile is cracking, Overall there was nothing done with this job that works the way it is supposed to. Mr. coover always had excuses as to why he couldnt come out and couldnt get the job done. He left the trash in the front yard soo long the city was going to fine me for having a mess int he front yard.. He knew they were going to do this and still could not manage to get the trash by the due date even while knowing over a month in advance..He blames all of this on some plumbing work down a chase that was an easily remedied carpentry issue that he could have resolved but didnt want to. He wanted off the job and eventually I gave him his wish, adn was hoping to recoover my money. I had to take him to small claims court which he lost and still will not refund my money, I have to place a lein on the buisness to recover the damages and get the bathroom redone. He sais he doesnt have the money to "give me a free bathroom" Id like to know how its free when I will have to spend every red cent recovered to fix and put the bathroom back together... Do yourself a favor and do not hire this person... He is not worth the discounts he gives.
