The principal came out the next day, gave us the best bid of 4 contractors, and was able to schedule within the week. That was key, in order to avoid further water damage to our home, and something only one other bidder could provide. The work was done within 2 hours with no disruption to our schedule. They color matched 16 year old siding perfectly. Also, they painted scratches on the flashing with another great color match, rather than replacing it, saving us several hundred dollars. They tarred the shingles to eliminate any winter snow or rain damage, so we didn't have to incur the cost of roof repair right after the holidays - very helpful to the budget.
