+ -1 moreHe was very untimely obtaining the necessary permits to construct the roof. From the time that the contract was signed to the time the work began was approximately one month. Then once the work began he damaged a portion of the roof that was not previously part of the original problem. As a result the work was halted immediately...he was removed from the job and we are pursuing litigation. I have had to hire another roofer to complete the job.
Description of Work: The man was hired to reconstruct the roof of this rental property that was acquired as an inheritance. The property had been empty and unkept for years before I got it.
