Boiler stopped working so I figured I'd try them, maybe have a backup repair guy - just in case. The guy doesn't know what he's doing. Didn't show up with the right tools or parts. He replaced the filter and the container (which didn't need to be replaced). Still didn't start, and never got it to run, and.... it gets better... keep reading... Then he starts whining about how bad my system is. He went on and on how it needed a fill valve, it needed a new boiler because it was old, only the cement pad it sat on would be saved from his butchering. He said it would cost me $8500 - $9000 to replace. So I called my guy who usually get's going. It needed a filter for the pump, then it started right up. I asked him about it needing all these different things, and he confirmed the system didn't need any of it. And it ran fine. I looked up fill valve, turns out my system has one, and it could be adjusted. Hmmm - Another lie. I looked at the filter case he installed, and he installed in backwards. The label "out" is where the "in" should be. So then my tenant called for more oil, and they got transferred to the service department and they got an earful, like I'm the evil one, and they refused to fill the tank until they did the work. After I explained to the tenant about their little con job, I told them, if they don't fill the tank, I'll help you find someone else to fill the tank. I will admit, they filled the tank when the tenants called the second time. But that's all they're good for, and even that has a strike against them.

I would highly recommend him for any type of service for heating and air conditioner. He was clean and courteous and professional at a minimal cost.
