DO NOT HIRE THIS PERSON--He is a liar and a fraud. His name is Kristopher Dale Shedden and he is a thief. No morals or scruples. It is all about him and what he can scam from you. I do not know how he can live with himself. He even scammed $5000.00 out of my uncle for work he never performed!!! His former employer -- Lowes -- is after him as are many others. Sheriff was here at MY house looking for him...but they moved.
Description of Work: We hired this person to put a 2-story addition on our home. The addition is up, but still no roof--just sub roofing on new part, no floors in living room--just chip board, Multiple holes broken out of wall exposing electrical wireing. Living room window casements not done, dry wall not finished sanding, not painted. New doorway into diningroom not finished. Upstairs torn up!!! Bathroom a wreck, unusable, studding up, no walls. In master bedroom, shoddy workmanship--floor sags as joists improperly laid, NEW walls already cracking, new ceiling with water damage as roof never finished. Spent ALL of our money---not all or even close to all was spent on the house!!! Where do I go from here???
