Russ and ANR to the rescue again. I had a new dishwasher installed but the installer couldn't get it working, said I had an electrical issue. I called ANR and spoke to Russ who sent out one of his guys for an assessment. Then Russ called and we set up an appointment to have him come and fix the issue-a bad and poorly wired junction box. He fixed the issue same day and didn't charge me for the assessment visit earlier. He also kept in touch via text RE if his fix continued to work or if we would need to try a different solution. So far his first fix has worked and continues to work. These guys are great- flexible, honest and one of the better communicators for repair companies.

Found these guys on Angie's List. Had them 2 electrical jobs for me. Very flexible with scheduling for work and coming out for estimates. On time and communicated through phone/text as needed when they needed to change their scheduled times. Both estimates they cleared with their inspector to make sure all items would be up to code. Worked very efficiently with little to no interruptions while I was at home. Also did excellent job cleaning up after their work. I will use again and would recommend them to anyone for electrical work.

Contractor and his hired help were both professional and attentive. Helped me to plan out what I needed done with an initial visit, but also flexible when I tweaked a couple of the requests between then and when he came to start. Offered his advice in areas where I wasn't sure about but receptive to where I thought I'd like to end up with the project. Promptly returned after job to trouble-shoot a problem I noticed after-the-fact. Overall, a very positive experience!

I found ANR Electrical Services on Angie's List and I'm so glad I did! I needed them to fix so many things that an inspector found needed done prior to selling my mother's house. We had a cash offer and things had to be corrected, completed immediately. I had called ANR and explained my dilemma. He had asked me what needed done and since it was hard to put into words, he had come out to give an estimate. I believe there were at least 25 GFCI outlets that needed installed. It was quite a lengthy and thorough process to do all the detective work that he had done for the estimate and didn't rush it at all. I was scheduled for the work soon after and even though he had to work around the plumber who was there the same day to do work, the work was completed in one day. I was so happy with ANR and will definitely use them in the future! Very punctual, patient, polite and really cared about attention to detail. Couldn't be happier!!

Russ from ANR was very prompt in responding to my request for a quote (even though my job was not very big) and took time when he came out to make sure he understood the job request completely and answered any questions I might have about it. He was able to fit me into his schedule promptly and responded to emails quickly in the time between taking my project and beginning. He and his assistant Jim arrived on time on their scheduled day and talked with me to make sure they understood the project correctly, readily accepted a few last-minute changes and additions that I gave them in the project goals, and talked with each other to make sure they had a game plan in place. The work was completed ahead of schedule ( in two days instead of three). Jim was always very professional and polite and gave me a status update at the end of the first day. The day after the job was done we noticed a problem and Russ came out personally within the hour to investigate. He thoughtfully troubleshot the problem until we realized that it was a piece of faulty equipment original to my house that went bad through no fault of their own. He got things fixed promptly and showed his concern to make sure that they got the project perfect. Overall it was a very positive experience and I would not hesitate to hire them again for additional electrical work. Thanks Russ and ANR Electrical!

They were very easy to communicate with. Returned calls promptly and showed up on time ready to work. This was a real head scratcher of a problem and was hard to track down but ANR worked this one through until it was solved. They even reached out to the power company to explain the issues and made a followup visit at no charge. They also checked back with me multiple times to make sure it was working ok. I have other electrical projects and will definitely be hiring them again. I already referred them to a friend for a panel replacement and he was also very happy with the work and the price.

Prompt, courteous replies to phone calls, professionalism from start. Emailed estimate and was flexible with scheduling. Work looks neat and all wiring looks finished and safely connected. Had several estimates and ANR was slightly better than the others. But made the decision based on the professionalism of Russ. Politeness, thoroughness and promptness wins our vote every time! They are top notch from start to finish. We were pleased from the prompt initial estimate appointment to the finished product and completed installation. They went the extra mile and changed some existing outlet covers to match the new ones. Work was done neatly and they left no sign they were there besides the work. Very conscience of noise and doors opening and closing as we had kids napping. Workmanship was perfect. We will will use them exclusively for all out electrical needs and will recommend them to anyone we know who is in need of a first class electrician.
