Hired Docherty Roofing to fix a leak in my roof. He coated my entire roof, and painted my skylight which was rusty and reattached a gutter that was installed from a previous roofer but wasn’t attached in the front. He told me if there were any leaked going forward, to call him. I have made several attempts to get in touch without and response. He said it has a 2 year warranty. But that doesn’t help me if you don’t answer my calls.

Total professional did a fantastic work on time respectful did everything. They said they were gonna do job look beautiful and the price was definitely reasonable. Enjoyed the whole experience made it easy for me.

William was very helpful from the start. We had some wind damage to the roof. He came quickly to assess and fix the damage before the next storm was due that evening. He gave us a quote for an entire new roof and we had it installed less than a week later, in one day! The workers were polite and professional and the roof looks great! I contacted Angi because I needed a roof addressed due to a leak. Angi referred me to Docherty Contracting. Docherty sent me over an estimate of the following: $2300: 1. Clean off roof as needed 2. Trim back trees on one side 3. Repair any drip edge as needed 4. Silicone any gaps / cracks as needed 5. Coat complete roof with rubberized coating. A year leaked free warranty. It took the contractor a day. A week later, it rained, the leak remained. I called and messaged to tell the contractor. He said he would be out "next week." We are in next week and now says he will be out on the weekend. It is supposed to rain this weekend. He needs to be sooner and he has not said when me as to when he can go. I have not heard back from him at all.

A very deceptive contractor who still my money, without completing my job, also stated he will provide pictures upon when he finish the job that he did not completed.

Project : Repair and seal coat a metal roof on a 40 X 75 foot 3 story farm barn William was able to come out within hours of contact in support of my schedule. He surveyed the barn roof, went over the project in detail and answered all questions with no pressure to upsell to a new roof based on his evaluation of roof status and repair needs. He wrote a competitively priced proposal stating what work was to be accomplished including clarifications we requested which was accepted, William and one of his teams were on site within a few days. The team was professional and competent and completed the repair and seal coating of the roof in one long day. They had the right tools for the job in hand ( including a platform lift able to reach the ridge of the barn along its entirety) I am pleased with the work done, price, quick response, professionalism/competence of the team and would hire them again if I had a need.

I paid $800 for nothing. The roof continued to leak after the job was done. I was promised a redo or my money back. He never showed up again, and now my calls and texts are not being answered. Absolutely terrible communication.

William came out, walked me through everything. I have never had a roof installed so I had a bunch of questions he took the time explained everything took before during and after pictures and his crew installed the new roof in one day I was shocked. I will be hiring them again in the future for other projects

My roof leaks he won't answer the phone I leave messages no call backs . After several attempts I finally get to talk with him his reply I'll get back to you in a few days. A than a week goes by Than I have to call again he sets a date to make repairs doesn't call or show up. VERY POOR NO ONE SHOULD HIRE THEM
