I called in a roofer because I thought I had a leak that needed to be corrected ASAP.  With 21 years on the roof, I thought I would need a new roof.  After talking to and getting quotes on a new roof from several roofers, I had MR Roofing come out and look at it.  Of all the roofers I talked to and got quotes from, MR was the only one to actually climb up on the roof and assess the condition.  When he came down, he said he saw where the leak was and offered to fix it.  He said the overall condition of the roof was still good and could probably go another 4 or 5 years.  So, rather than replacing the entire roof, as the others would have done, he came back out the next day and fixed the leak.  Then we had them replace the roof on our front porch, which included removing and replacing some of the sheeting that had gone bad, and then they applied a coating on all the roofs and the siding that is designed to preserve the existing materials and remove algae and fungus.  There was very little debris found in my garden and lawn when they were done.  I am very pleased with the honesty MR Roofing showed with regard to the condition of my existing roof.  This saved me a lot of money.  I will definitely consider them again in a few years when it really is time to put on a new roof.

No problems at all.  Workers very courteous and friendly.  Completed job in record time.  No complaints at all.
