My first problem with this company is that they were unable to give me a realistic estimate for the work as they kept finding things that they didn't account for in the estimate, so my price kept on changing. Their quality of work is sub standard as the sub floor in the addition is higher than the existing floor, the coating on the block work in the addition is not finished properly and he said he would be able to match the siding on the house and was unable to get the proper materials to do so. They were also ok with using off color siding for the addition. I didn't like that they showed up here and there and had no real schedule to give me. They also left things unfinished for days even weeks at a time. The new section of roof did turn out pretty decent and his price is pretty good but at the sacrifice of quality.
Description of Work: I had them do a lot of work on my home. They were responsible for building an 11x20 complete addition on my home along with replacing part of my roof. They also poured a new patio, replaced a few windows and installed our back steps.
