Very well, Called and the service man came out the next day, checked out the oven to see what the problem was, ordered the part when he went back to the store, part came in sooner then expected, called when the part arrived and set up a time to install it, called to let us know he was on the way, installed the part and the oven has worked great ever since.

That worked out pretty good. I wasn't even home when they fixed it. I got the bill and paid it and it was fine. They were scheduled, they came and that was it. It was done well; the quality was good. They were busy so they didn't come out right away, but they came when they said they would.

I was impressed with the cost.  They were very professional.  They take pride in their work.  One of the things I want to mention is, I had them out to repair a washer and they refused to repair it because it was too far gone.  They said the transmission was no good and they wouldn’t work on it.  They only charged me for the service call.  You don’t hear of that too often.
