I reached out to her with my constructive criticism, and she never replied back. A good business answers you and tries to make stuff right. I wanted her to acknowledge it wasn't done right. If you are looking for a job that is meticulously perfect absolutely do not use them.

We are so pleased with our kitchen refacing!  Tina was very quick to respond to all of my emails and phone calls.  Our initial consultation was just 4 days after making first contact with the company.  She gave me a quote estimate before she left, and then worked with me when I wanted to make changes and adjustments.  we also met with other companies who offered comparable services for triple and quadruple the price that Kitchen Refacers quoted, had less than satisfactory customer service, and were not local small companies.  The other companies were all based out of distant locations and would be sending someone  different than the representative we met with to work in our home.  Once we made our decision and had our final meeting and signed all of the paperwork, Darryl (the owner of the company) started the refacing the following week.  They do all of the work themselves.  There are no subcontractors involved in the process at all.  Everything went as smoothly as possible from our end.  They were neat and cleaned everything up and finished within the timeline promised.  After the install was completed, we noticed one small area where the laminate didn't adhere well.  I just mentioned something to Tina and Darryl came that weekend to fix it for us.  The customer service Kitchen Refacers offered to use was fantastic.  We plan to use them again when we have additional projects to complete in the house.
