He is a local guy and grew up in the area. He is very personable and very friendly. He is basically one of the cheapest guys in the area. I got some quotes from some of the other companies in the area and he is at the bottom, price wise. He is good. He cuts the lawn pretty quickly. He does the job pretty quick. He offers some stuff for free for you if he likes you. If you are friendly to him and if you treat him like a person, he is more than willing to return the favor. It seems like he makes an attempt to go the extra mile with you. He used to do work for this house before we bought the house so he is familiar with the house. He has the best of interest in serving the community because he lives in the area. You can tell that he makes an effort to have a good impression. He is flexible.
