Owner and assistant came out on a call at my request. He came to my home as scheduled to repair 'water heater electrical whip' which I pulled on as I was about to fall down garage steps . He was ATTENTIVE to my concerns re safety of wiring. Pleasant to speak with. Price was very reasonable.
