We had an appointment for first thing in the morning and we were okay that there was an emergency and we got bumped til 12:30. Then it was 2 PM and as long as issue being fixed that was okay. Our AC is low on freon. We paid them to check for leaks 10 months ago and recharge system.. That was about $800. Now there are "new leaks". while they did not do the install, I was understanding of that and wanted the leaks repaired and system re-charged. but the tech said he could not stay as he had other people to get to... So my appointment does not matter. He would stay 60-90 minutes to refill freon for $500, but when the repairs are done in a few weeks, we will have to pay that again as it will leak out when connection is being fixed. Why is my appointment that was already bumped of lower priority than everyone else's? We WERE willing to pay for repairs and re-fill, but to blow me off to go to another call and want me to pay to re-charge system 2x at higher cost than the normal fee I can find everywhere on-line. We are done now. Hope you enjoy your $95 service charge.
