Description of Work: After months of having issues, my desktop computer completely crashed. It would turn on but do nothing else. My neighbors recommended this company based on their experience a few years ago. I dropped off the tower and the next day Dave Thompson, Owner contacted me to tell me hard drive is fried. PC was pretty outdated and really not worth installing another hard drive especially since refurbished laptops were incredibly reasonably priced here. I met with Dave the next day. He spent a couple of hours helping me understand what happened to my desktop and what options I had, never hard selling anything. I ended up purchasing a refurbished laptop that is sooooo much better than my desktop! Dave retrieved the files he could from my original hard drive and, because I did buy a computer, didn't charge me a cent! This is a family-owned business -- all were present - who provided excellent service and spent all the time I required to feel completely comfortable with my options and choices. I highly recommend and wouldn't go anywhere else with my future computer needs.
